Common Causes for Elbow Pain
The elbow is one of the more frequently used joints in your body. It’s very common to feel aches and pains in this area, especially if you experience even the slightest injury. Here are some common reasons you might feel pain in your elbow:
Overuse
This is very common for people who perform repetitive tasks. Tennis players (Tennis Elbow), golfers (Golf Elbow), desk workers, factory workers, etc. that do the same motion over and over with their elbow can experience pain, stiffness, and soreness in their elbow.
Injuries
Any time there is an impact on your elbows, such as a fall, car accident, or contact sport, you can injure the ligaments, tendons, muscles, and bones in this area. The pain can be immediate, or it can appear later down the road and linger for long periods of time.
Arthritis
This is a condition that affects the joints, causing them to become inflamed and stiff. Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis and it can occur in any joint in your body, including your elbow.
Symptoms of elbow pain include:
Aching, stiffness, and soreness in the elbow
Pain that radiates down your arm
Difficulty moving your elbow
Swelling and inflammation in the elbow
How do Chiropractors Treat Elbow Pain?
First, we’ll work on finding the underlying cause of the pain in your elbow. We’ll want to pinpoint what is actually causing the pain in the first place, so we can make sure our treatment plans are tackling the problem head-on.
In most instances, your elbow pain can be treated by using our gentle adjustment techniques. This is where we will make small gentle adjustments to your joints and alignment. This helps make sure the infrastructure to your joints, ligaments, and muscles are exactly where they are supposed to be. Usually, we see good results with this type of treatment and you can experience pain relief relatively quickly.
Once you’re back in alignment, your body can naturally start the healing process.
There are also a few other things we might recommend to help with your elbow pain. We might suggest you use ice or heat therapy, depending on the source of your pain. You might also need to start doing some exercises and stretches to help improve the range of motion in your elbow and keep the muscles around it strong and flexible.
The best part is that Chiropractic care is an all-natural way to treat pain and discomfort in your elbow. No invasive surgeries, no addictive medications. We focus on providing you with the best natural way to resolve the pain in your elbow so you can get back to feeling great again.

Their team is GREAT. I've been a high end performer all my life, so I know a thing or 2 about physical therapy after injury. They WILL get you better.
Both chiropractors are gentle and have nice bedside manners.
Amanda and Sarah, the massage therapists, are beyond amazing. Life changing and exceptional skills.
Very friendly staff and dedicated staff, and they do their best to make it work with your schedule.
Not too busy, very conveniently located and accessible, relax setting. (and the electro therapy room screen might be AI scenery, but you just wanna go and spend a 3 weeks vacation in every one of these fictional places. I even look forward to the different one every week!)
And also they offer dry needling, which is, in my humble opinion and experience, exceptionally efficient for post -traumatic recovery.
Dr. Minter and his staff do a great job of listening to their patients needs as well as explaining treatments and course of action. They care about the patient and are always there to answer questions or concerns. I recommend them to you if you have any pain or discomfort.
Everybody here is great. From reception desk to Doctor Peters. Clean office, nice waiting room and pre-visit area. Schedules fill up quickly so don’t hesitate to use them.
Only part that wasn’t great was 20+ pages of paperwork to fill out as new patient.
The office always smells clean and the staff is everything wonderful and complete love bugs . Especially after this second accident I asked attorney to please send me back to this clinic for treatment because you really need your quality of life back , the whole team here help you achieve that .
I absolutely love this place! Very efficient and knowledgeable. They listen to the patient. The trifecta is Ruby front desk , Dr. Meyers and Sheryl the therapist!
I had been going to ASR for about six months after an accident left me with a messed up shoulder. I had done multiple shots and visited the chiropractor but didn’t get any relief until I started working with Dr. Chad Colby. After a few months, I wasn’t improving and the pain made every day life pretty rough. Dr. Colby not only listened to my concerns but we came up with a plan that ultimately lead me to have the relief I needed and helped with my recovery and mobility. He has amazing bedside manner (this is so important) and a great touch for dry needling. The staff here is also great. All the assistants that worked me listened and paid attention to where I was at on a day to day basis and we adjusted when needed. Overall, I just can’t say enough good things about Dr. Colby and his team. Even the other doctors I never met with were always very nice and welcoming. I’m sad to go but oh so thankful for getting on the road to feeling like myself again. If you need PT and have a choice, it’s a no brainer here - Dr. Colby. Thank you so very much.
I was in a accident this year and was recommended by my attorney at this location. My first impression was everyone from the doctors, front desk, massage therapist were very friendly and professional at all times. The doctor’s that have seen me were very knowledgeable and professional about their specialty and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The entire area also were very clean and tidy. I stuck with my physical therapy and got the results I wanted by sticking to it. Sorry if I dont know all your names but thank you so much! It was a pleasure to work with you all. You made my Physical therapy very fun and enjoyable to attend. God bless🙏🏽
Dr Trenton Minter and Rheanne are the best. They have helped me tons with my lower back pain. Very easy to schedule and be seen. Always listens and cares!
This business has the atmosphere of healing. Rheanne was absolutely amazing as well as the chiropractor! Very informative, very professional, and amazingly pleasant. I got an xray and an adjustment, I’ll be coming back for sure! Recommend 100%
Trenton is absolutely wonderful! He doesn’t just treat symptoms—he listens, cares, and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. He always works with so much compassion, and I can honestly say I leave every appointment feeling better. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about his patients, Trenton is the one!
I have been receiving therapy from this facility for a while now and I would highly recommend this office to anyone. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is very easy to make an appointment and the doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful. They explain the process and they make sure you understand what is going on. Pam U
The office staff is very friendly and courteous, putting the patients at ease upon entering the office.
Dr. Fiske and Dr. Watkins are thorough in their assessments and treatments, no matter who the patient is. They are courteous and professional in the manner with which they interact and treat all of their patients.
We have been going to the Summerlin location since we retired to Las Vegas. The husband and I have been very satisfied with the customer service and the doctors there.
Since Dr. Blanchard now works out of the South office, we have been seeing Dr. Parker G. He is great, very attentive and explains everything well.
I am so impressed with the Staff, Therapists and Doctors with Advanced Spine and Rehabilitation. From excellent Customer Service to their knowledge and expertise. I couldn’t be happier. Since they’ve taken me “under their wing” their care has been outstanding and comforting. Thank you!
